Rácz Brigi, sabre fencing

I have been working with Brigi for almost five years now. I first attended a mental training weekend, and later, when I experienced my first real setbacks, I reached out to her to help me prepare mentally and step onto the piste with more confidence. It was one of the best decisions of my sports career.

Session after session, she introduced new methods and made me realize how important mental training truly is. Brigi has such a positive, inspiring, and motivating personality that has helped me in countless situations, and after every session we always finished with a positive mindset.

She taught me that the most important thing is to enjoy the sport and to think long-term. I’m very grateful that she is always there for me—without her, I wouldn’t be where I am today.

Mom and Dad had long been telling me that mental preparation is just as important as going to practice. I had already attended a children’s Mind Control course, and I still use some of what I learned there, but not everything—and I couldn’t apply it to everything. For example, I often heard, “let go of your nerves,” but no one ever explained how to do it. With Brigi, I learned practical techniques for that. Relaxation and visualization are part of Mind Control, and we used them again with Brigi. But the thing that helped me the most was reframing. Before the Junior National Championships, I wrote several pages, and in the end, in 2022, I became the junior national champion in my age group.

“During a summer training camp, we met Brigi in the context of a group session, as I considered mental preparation just as important as the physical training for our competitive kids. We got to know an incredibly likable and professionally skilled instructor, and the few hours flew by. It was surprising how enthusiastic the kids stayed the entire time.
We received a lot of practical guidance. We now use visualization and breathing techniques in every pre-competition training session, and I even assigned them for home practice. And lo and behold: when competition day came, the kids took the stage with minimal nervousness, and most importantly, the results and medals followed. You could see that they were finally enjoying competing on stage.
It was absolutely worth it. Thank you for everything, and we look forward to continuing!”

“I do triathlon, and swimming used to be my weak point. In just a few sessions, I learned how to handle negative thoughts, and ever since, I compete with much more confidence and actually enjoy swimming, which wasn’t the case before. I also got the workbook—it’s fantastic! I can organize my thoughts so well now. I’m about halfway through it :)”

This training helped me not only to be physically prepared for the tasks at hand but also mentally. Thanks to what I learned, I can let go of negative things much more easily, and I’ve become more balanced. I’ve found my old self again, and I no longer let others bring me down—even with just a comment. I use relaxation techniques and focus on what’s important, especially on the task in front of me.

I’m so glad I met Brigi! I realized I needed her help when I was really heading down the wrong path (several people had warned me). I was training multiple times a day while eating very little and in a very unbalanced way. Every morning, I would already plan when I could squeeze in extra training, and it was exhausting me! My workouts started going worse and worse.
That’s when I began working with Brigi, and I’m so grateful to her for the support. She taught me that being mentally present—whether in training or in competition—is just as important as being physically prepared. I now know exactly what to do when I don’t immediately see the positive in a situation. :) I’m confident that what I’ve learned will serve me fully in the future. Thank you!
Update: Since then, Lili has achieved podium finishes in multiple competitions.

“I’m not writing these words because she’s my friend (though, wouldn’t it be great if everyone could get a Brigi prescribed?). It’s incredible how many treasures our small town hides, and there’s a place where you meet such professionalism and expertise that from the very first minute, you know you’re in good hands. She shows your path with such ease, opens doors you didn’t even realize were inside you. At the same time, by giving practical advice and practicing communication techniques, she puts tools in your hands that you can pull out anytime you need them. She knows which book to pick off the shelf or which meditation will help you the most right now. Thank you!”
“I’m so glad you came into my life, and surely into others’ as well.”

In early June 2019, I began working consciously on the mental and psychological aspects of my golf game with Brigi’s guidance. I really enjoyed the sessions, and since then we have kept in constant contact, tracking my progress and receiving numerous valuable tips. The results speak for themselves. Here’s a “before–after” snapshot after six weeks of working together:

  • Handicap: 14.2 → 13.2

  • Ranking position: 53 → 30

  • Best gross score in a competition: 86 (Forest Hills, Vadrózsa) → 83 (Vadrózsa, Old Lake)

  • Best gross score in practice: 82 (Forest Hills, Vadrózsa) → 76 (Forest Hills)

  • Worst gross score in 2019: 95 (Forest Hills) → 92 (Balatonudvari)

In addition, I’ve played personal best rounds on every course I’ve visited since: Forest Hills, Vadrózsa, Balatonudvari, Imperial, Old Lake, Pannónia. Most importantly, I enjoy the game much more now than ever before!

I’m really glad I got to know Brigi. I was looking for a new impulse, and as someone who has previously completed mind-control training, I was curious to see what extra this mental training could offer me. I would recommend it not just for athletes and coaches, but truly for everyone, because the knowledge Brigi shares during the sessions and conversations is invaluable not only in sports but also in everyday life. On top of that, my intuition has grown stronger, and I find myself paying more attention to it as well.

Kajdon Blanka, handball, NEKA

Last year was the most successful year of my handball career so far.
I became a player at the National Handball Academy, developed immensely, and proved myself on many occasions. As a team, we won the Hungarian Championship, and we also brought home first place from the Youth European Championship, where I was named the tournament MVP. Within just one year, I achieved successes I had only dreamed of before, and I felt increasingly confident.
In September, a new season began, bringing new challenges. I moved up to an older age group, joining a new team. At first, I enjoyed the unusual tests—the challenge of goalkeepers saving my shots even when I threw with the same power and technique as before, or having to be more dynamic and clever to beat defenders. However, as time went on, I felt I wasn’t progressing at all. I fell into a slump that I couldn’t climb out of. I became increasingly nervous, not just in matches but even during training. I couldn’t play my own game; I felt like a minor character in my own story. I knew I wanted to fix this, but I needed help.
Brigi helped me then, and continues to help me now, by showing me how to change my mindset—because that’s the key to everything. She helped redirect my focus, making me more motivated, confident, and stronger. I began enjoying the game again, and the initial struggles disappeared. It took time to learn the techniques and the kind of professional preparation she guided me through. Since then, before important matches, I always prepare mentally, visualizing myself as confident and leading the team with energy and smart decisions.
Before the end of the season, one of our key players got injured. I knew it would be my responsibility to step up and fill the gap. A week before the youth quarterfinals, I started mentally preparing for the weekend. Every day, I thought through what I would do and how I wanted to perform on the court. In a decisive moment, I stepped up to take a penalty, trusting that I had done this before and could do it again… I scored, and we made it to the finals.
Compared to last year, I am much more conscious this season, which allows me to see my goals more clearly. After each match, I write down my feelings in a match journal, which helps me process each game and move forward. I’ve also learned to focus only on what I can control.
In sports, along with successes, we must also process failures. During this time, I’ve learned a lot about how to turn these feelings and experiences to my advantage.

I reached out to Brigi because I felt I had hit a barrier I couldn’t overcome on my own. At first, I was a bit skeptical, but as I got to know her, I realized she is a very kind and helpful person. Kajdon Dorka

Hi everyone! I’m Dorka Kajdon, and I’ve been working with Brigi for three years, with some breaks along the way. I believe it’s very important for everyone to face themselves, find answers to their questions, and then be able to grow.
The second half of last year brought a lot of changes in my life. Around mid-October, I felt like the ground was pulled out from under me and suddenly everything around me seemed to fall apart. Recognizing this, I reached out to Brigi, and we started working intensively together again. Considering the circumstances, we were able to quickly restore my focus and shape my mindset in the most positive direction possible.
Now here I am: behind me is a commendable thesis written in English since October, an excellent state exam, and a top-grade economics degree earned in English. I was also accepted to work at the country’s best marketing agency, which I’m extremely proud of! Over these five-plus months, with Brigi’s help, I shifted my focus entirely onto myself and my goals. This helped me organize my thoughts about myself, and now, when I look in the mirror, I’ve never felt so confident. My self-esteem has finally fallen into place, which is incredibly important!
I’m grateful for so much of what she’s done for me, but the support she provided over the past half year I will never forget. Thanks to her and her methods, I’ve regained myself—a self I never want to lose again for anyone or anything. Looking back, the best things happened to me when I thought I was going through the worst period of my life. However, it’s thanks to the work I’ve done with Brigi that I now think about it this way.
I wholeheartedly recommend Brigi to everyone—I truly think she should be prescribed! She helps you find solutions to your problems and keeps you moving forward. I will definitely continue working with her because I believe we must invest in ourselves to be the best we can, and I want to become the best version of ME someday!

Szabó Panka, fencing

Panni’s mother:
Panni has always been a fundamentally shy, introverted personality, which is why we chose fencing for her when she was in the senior kindergarten group. Her fencing coach at the kids’ fencing school said that when Panni steps onto the piste, it’s as if another side of her personality comes out, making her ideally suited for fencing.
After completing her basic exam and weapon selection, she was assigned a strict and strong coach. The collaboration went well, and she progressed quickly, yet feelings of insecurity would surface and overshadow her love for the sport and the team environment. Several years passed, and she struggled to find her place; she even considered quitting the sport and wanted to try other disciplines. Switching schools also brought integration challenges, and her mid-level results in more serious competitions didn’t help her overcome anxiety and tension.
Two sports psychologists worked with her over consecutive years, but their support only helped temporarily in rebuilding her self-confidence. While her integration issues were resolved, the focus and self-assurance necessary for sport did not develop. Her current coach described this period as a “fear of failure.”
That’s when I found Brigi. Having shared many positive experiences with her as a university roommate and friend, I felt confident entrusting my child to her care. It was a good decision. From the very first sessions, the successful collaboration became evident in how Panni participated in training and how her motivation returned.
After about a year to a year and a half, her focus was fully restored, the team spirit strengthened remarkably (“for everyone – for each other!”), her fighting spirit (willpower and motivation) improved, and her “anyone can be beaten” mindset (self-confidence) led to tangible results. This is evident not only in her outstanding sports achievements but also in her friendships and the relaxed, enjoyable fencing she now experiences.
You didn’t just help her in sport. While preparing for high school entrance exams—a 1.5-year process, even during the summer break—you helped reduce her stress and built her self-confidence in this area as well. The entrance exam—of course—went very well, and she is now attending her desired school and specialization starting this fall.
Adolescence is challenging (especially considering the pandemic), but your support continues to make a difference, for which I am deeply grateful. I am proud of my child: her perseverance, honesty, humanity, sound judgment, and the hard work she invests in achieving her goals—and for everything still to come. I am thankful that Brigi is there for Panni!

I’m so happy that I got to know you! You helped me immensely in learning how to bring out even more of myself. Through our conversations, I realized how important mental preparation is alongside physical training. Until then, I hadn’t thought it played such a significant role. After the very first session, I felt that I was in the best possible place. Week by week, I became more confident and braver. I truly loved coming to see you—you were always supportive and encouraging.
What helped me the most was that you showed me techniques I could start using immediately, not only in sports but in other areas of life as well. I’m sure I’ll continue to use what I learned from you in my everyday life. Thank you so much for everything!

Varga Vera, triathlete

I reached out to Brigi during a difficult period in my life, after losing a close family member. While I understood that grieving is a natural process and allowed it to unfold within me, I still had daily responsibilities—family, my child, being a mother and wife, work, household duties, as well as sports and all the related daily tasks.
In times like this, it’s easy to sink into oneself, focusing on your thoughts, and negative spirals start creeping into both mind and actions. I’m not generally a pessimistic person, but I felt I needed an impulse to transform these negative patterns… and that’s when Brigi came into my life.
I would describe her presence as almost imperceptible at first: she “weeded” the unhelpful thoughts and planted new, useful seeds. These seeds grew and brought changes that allowed me to view situations and tasks from a different perspective, approaching challenges (rather than problems) more constructively. I received guidance on handling specific situations, learning to reshape inappropriate reactions, and gradually became more balanced, confident, decisive, and open. I even began to look forward to new challenges.
Of course, there’s still room for growth—we are constantly learning throughout life—but looking at how far I’ve come in family life, motherhood, pedagogy, work, sports, and cultivating a positive mindset, I feel I’ve gained so much from Brigi.
Her inexhaustible positivity, multifaceted thinking, and remarkable patience, readiness, and perspective in critical situations have given me tools to approach challenges from completely different angles. And I can’t stress enough—she is always reliable. Thank you, Brigi!

I met Brigi in January at the “SportHack” training in Veszprém. I can confidently say that my life has changed since then. The techniques Brigi taught us in just a few hours all work perfectly. My favorite is visualization because at competitions, everything happens exactly as I imagine and want it to.
I turned to Brigi because I always felt that something was missing at competitions—just a little something to reach true happiness and perform at my best. Since the training, I’ve been using the techniques regularly and have been achieving success after success.
Since January, I’ve won more championship titles than ever before, and I managed to hit the times that allowed me to join the Hungarian long-track speed skating national team. I owe all of this to Brigi.

I reached out to Brigi in the middle of a particularly difficult period in my life. Many people had recommended her—people whose opinions I trust—so I decided to contact her. I had long felt that I needed someone to help me mentally navigate tough times, though I hadn’t really believed in this kind of support before. That all changed after the very first session. Just 1.5 hours in, I was already seeing things differently.
As I mentioned, I was going through a very challenging period, so it wasn’t an easy task—but she succeeded. I continued seeing her for four weeks, and I will definitely keep going. I also know that if a serious problem arises, I can call her without hesitation. She helped me regain my lost motivation, set my goals, and—most importantly—taught me how to switch off and enter the mental state in which I can perform at my best.
I highly recommend her to everyone, whether you’re an athlete or just someone who doesn’t feel quite right in daily life. And one more thing: you don’t even have to be struggling to reach out. Even when everything seems fine, she can still add a lot of value!

Kalocsai Péter 11-time National Champion tennis player

My shoulder was injured last August. I had to take several months off, and it requires daily physiotherapy while I play tennis—and will continue to for the rest of my career—in order to avoid surgery. I also injured my leg and missed three weeks. From time to time, the pain in my shoulder would return for a day or two, but in May I seriously re-injured it.

The doctor told me not to play tennis at all for 3–4 weeks, even though I was supposed to go to Milan the following week. I decided that I would go anyway and do everything I could to be there. From that point on, I promised myself I would take every small thing off the court more seriously than before, because I realized what I could lose if I neglected these things—and how that could prevent me from becoming a “big” player.

My coaches and my parents didn’t want me to go and didn’t support the idea because the risk was high. In the end, I managed to convince them to let me go, at least to try to play, knowing that I could always retire if I felt pain.

After many weeks off and with almost zero preparation, I reached the semifinals of the strongest international tournament of the year, where the best players from every country compete. I could only hit a second serve, and I knew I had to be extremely focused mentally and apply the mental techniques I learned from Brigi—especially letting go immediately when I lost points in a row because of my serve.

Every evening, I visualized my match for the next day. I imagined playing well, my shoulder feeling good, everything going right. During matches, I focused only on the next point. I managed to beat very strong players. I didn’t even know the score most of the time—I never paid attention to it. I just kept telling myself that I would win the next point.

In the end, I reached the semifinals, which would have been an outstanding result even if I had been fully healthy and properly prepared for the tournament. And day by day, my shoulder got better—now it feels almost completely perfect.

There are many excellent coaches, but very few who recognize their own gaps and are willing to invest in developing themselves, even seeking external help when needed. I realized that no amount of hard work is enough if there isn’t “order” in the minds behind it. There’s always that one extra missing piece.
No matter how technically or physically ready an athlete is, if they can’t overcome their own mental barriers and perform with calm focus, it won’t be enough. This is especially true in our main discipline, Pointfighting, where about 60% of success is decided mentally. The missing little extra? That’s SPORTHACK! I recommend it to everyone!

She also recommended study techniques, and among them, the study cards worked really well for me. When I encounter a more complex topic that I can’t otherwise grasp, I draw it out or write a condensed summary. This small summary also comes to mind during the exam. Colored notes and diagrams stay in my memory much better, and picking out the keywords makes the learning process far more efficient.

“Many people warned me that golf is a sport where, after a certain level, hard work, technical training, and countless competitions aren’t enough. Beyond a point, the game is decided in the mind.
I have to admit, I didn’t really understand what that meant for a long time. When my mom suggested we reach out to Brigi, I wasn’t sure what to expect from these sessions. What would we even talk about?
After the first session, though, everything magically started to crystallize for me. I could see things more clearly and began to understand myself and the events around me better. I started looking forward to each session.
When the competition season began and it became increasingly difficult to reach the podium, it was such a relief to turn to Brigi, who repeatedly helped me get “back together” mentally and emotionally so I could approach each competition with renewed energy.
I learned a lot about myself. The tips and techniques I discovered were extremely useful, and Brigi taught me how to “hold on” through the emotional ups and downs.
My goal this year was to make it into the junior golf national team. Thank you, Brigi, for helping me achieve it!”

For a long time, I didn’t believe that mental preparation was at least as important as physical training. This season, I became a player at the National Handball Academy, but at the beginning, things didn’t go as planned. It was strange that handball players from all over the country, each the best in their team, had gathered. At first, I thought I just needed to get used to the new environment and then I would find my rhythm, but that didn’t happen. After a while, I felt that my game wasn’t going well, I got injured several times, and I didn’t enjoy handball as much as I used to. I was very anxious about both matches and training.
I really wanted to solve this problem, so I reached out to Brigi, who has been helping me ever since, and I’m extremely grateful to her. She taught me various techniques that I now use regularly. It helps a lot to meet with her before an important match. Since I started working with Brigi, I’ve become much more confident and focused. Handball has been an important part of my life since childhood, and as I got closer to professional sports, I realized that mental stability is just as essential as physical fitness. I became especially aware of this when I struggled with a series of knee injuries. After multiple surgeries, I recognized that I needed professional help to rebuild myself mentally and to regain trust in my body. That’s when I first heard about Brigi and her method, and I immediately reached out to her. From our very first conversation, I felt I could approach her with complete trust. After just a few sessions, I already noticed a significant change and strengthening in my mindset. When I first met Brigi, I have to admit I was a bit skeptical. I had worked with several mental coaches throughout my career, but I had never stayed with anyone for 5–7 sessions! I was kind of thinking, “sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn’t.”
Then last December, I went to Brigi, and without exaggeration, my mindset completely changed after the very first session—both in football and in life! I became fully positive, started seeing things differently, and as a result, everything else in my life became much more positive too.
Now I’m playing abroad, but I still call her every two weeks, talk with her, and learn something new every time! I handle difficult periods much more easily, and there were times when I felt my confidence was low before a match, I called her, and the next day I scored goals or played really well!
I can only recommend her to any athlete who wants to boost their confidence and live a more positive life.

Gyeviki Nóra Orienteer

Orienteering is a complex sport: it’s not just about physically tackling the distance, elevation, and weather conditions, but also about staying mentally sharp the entire time. In the middle of the forest, you only have your map and compass to help you find the next control point—and ultimately the finish—in the shortest time possible. This combination of physical and intellectual challenge is what makes every race a unique, unforgettable adventure. That’s exactly why we fell in love with the sport when we first brought the kids to training and competitions.
However, this very complexity can be a disadvantage when trying to succeed as an adult. Skills that develop almost unconsciously in childhood—like reading a map, switching between two- and three-dimensional perspectives, or selecting the best route in seconds—must be acquired later through persistent effort. Success requires significant mental preparation: trusting yourself when making decisions in the wilderness, staying calm after a major mistake, or handling unexpected emergencies. Physical fatigue directly affects concentration, which can further hurt performance.
I turned to Brigi to gain concrete tools for maintaining focus, overcoming my initial “disadvantages,” and progressing in a sport that brings me so much joy—not just as a hobbyist, but as an amateur competitive athlete aiming for better results. Although I’m still at the beginning of this journey, I’m practicing the mental techniques I’ve learned as much as possible—and I’ve already noticed their positive effects in my most recent competitions!

Varga Mira (Silva Mind Control)

Dear Brigi, I would like to share our joy with you. Míra completed the Brain Control course with you during the summer, and she has been using what she learned ever since. She regularly practices sleep control, sending messages, and the “safe place,” and her perseverance has also improved noticeably.

At school, she only gets top grades, and in her sport she has become so persistent that she now goes to training five times a week. I sincerely thank you for everything—you are truly amazing!

I am attaching a photo of her little plant, which she has been watering regularly ever since.

Best regards, Adrienn (Míra’s mother)

Tennis Balls

Tennis (15 yrs)

Dear Brigi, Thank you so much for being there for him during the course! We honestly didn’t expect results this quickly. I’m not saying he won only because of this, but there is no doubt that you helped in a huge way. He truly surpassed himself, defeated his own limits, and by doing so, one by one, he overcame his opponents as well. He said the day after the match that after every single point he repeated exactly what he was supposed to, with no negative thoughts at all. He beat guys he had always lost to before! We are incredibly grateful for your energy and everything you give. Thank you for being who you are!

Handball on Court

Handball (13 yrs)

Dear Brigi, Thank you so much for the amazing training! Dávid really loved it. When he got into the car afterward, he suddenly couldn’t even say what it was he liked—he said he had received so much information that he needed time to process it. About half an hour later, he started talking and sharing everything.

Tomorrow morning he will be competing in Budapest in the national semifinals. Today, when he came home from school, he said: “Tomorrow I’ll do everything I can to win. I’ll give it my all, because I want to make it to the national finals!” I still get goosebumps thinking about it!

Thank you so, so much once again!

Update:
They became gold medalists and qualified for the national finals :)

Hockey player (17 yrs)

After the very first session, I could already feel positive changes in myself. As we progressed, I became more and more confident and goal-oriented, and I went into matches well prepared—something that clearly showed in my results. It was great working together; during our conversations I never felt any pressure, and I always felt I could be completely honest, which helped me a lot. You were always open, kind, and cheerful. I would happily continue working together with you anytime.

Fencer with Mask

Fencer, (13 yrs)

Dear Brigi, My daughter (13 years old) has already attended your Sporthack training in Veszprém. Dear Brigi, Since the training, we have taken part in several competitions, both national and international. Football player, (14 yrs)

Beni was very excited after the course and couldn’t stop talking all afternoon—he just kept sharing everything over and over. There were a few ideas he had heard before, but it was really great to go through them all together, structured and building on each other. Seeing how energized he was, we are very grateful for the high-quality content of the course and for you personally!

I’m glad Beni could be part of today; I’m sure he will be able to apply many useful ideas going forward. Thank you, Beni’s mom

Swimmer

Swimmer (10 yrs)

Thank you so much for Sunday! My daughter really enjoyed it! She had a great time and learned a lot. She has been talking non-stop about everything you did. She also felt reassured knowing that other children face similar challenges as she does. She really enjoyed the relaxation exercises and has been doing them every evening since—sometimes even falling asleep during the final part. Visualization is a bit challenging for her, as the tasks are different at every training, but she is practicing. Thank you so much for everything! (And since then, she has already set a personal best in swimming!)

Cosmic Pink

Adult Athlete

Hi Brigi, I feel it’s important to write this to you—I know it’s already past midnight, but I’ve been thinking about you a lot lately. It’s because I feel the absence of how every single time you recharged me and how often I was on such a good path, one that even I sometimes find hard to believe. I owe you deep gratitude for everything, because I learned so much from you and was able to put many of those things into practice. It’s also my responsibility that I didn’t come more often—even though there were many complicating factors, I’m not looking for excuses. Somehow, you always managed to calm me down, and in tough, stressful situations I always reach for something I learned from you, which gives me hope and motivation. I always learn something, I always feel good, and I know how much better it would be if I could maintain this consistently.

Strommer Soma, boulder

Soma – Hungarian Champion!

This past Saturday was the final, 5th round of the Boulder Hungarian Cup. One of my biggest goals this year was to stand on the top of the podium by the end of the season. 😊 It wasn’t easy at all—there were ups and downs, highs and lows—but I’m proud to announce that for the first time in my life, in 2017, I am Hungarian Champion! 😊🔥🎉🏆🏆 A huge thank you to everyone who helped me achieve this goal! 😁❤

And here’s Soma’s short reflection on mental preparation: “This time, mental readiness really mattered! I only made it to the finals as 7th, and I had to fight my way back from there, but I knew I could do it—and I did.”

Soma Strommer also won 1st place at the ReelRock Boulder Competition (ŐsziKÉK Mountain Sports Festival) with thorough mental preparation and smart tactics! Congratulations! :)

Szögi István Dániel, Újhelyi Luca, Guba Mara, Antman András, Kovács Lajos, Kovács Zsozsó

The mental training helped a lot—I was much more focused in my mind in the days leading up to the competition, as well as before and during it. I truly believed that I could achieve what I had planned and what I am capable of.

István Dániel Szögi became HUNGARIAN CHAMPION in the 5000m at the 122nd Hungarian Athletics Championships. Congratulations to him and his coach, Anikó Stupián! :)

She placed 1st overall at the Kenguru Gymnastics Cup and even received special awards. Prior to that, she finished 7th overall at the FTC Albert Cup “Future Gymnasts” international competition. Luca trains persistently and is an absolutely motivated gymnast. She prepares consistently both physically and mentally, and I wholeheartedly congratulate her!

Girl Relaxing

Feedback from a professional athlete, 16 years old, one week after the course

"I have already used the techniques a lot. For example, the very next day after the course, I had to immediately use the breathing technique because my coach called me just a few hours before the live demonstration, saying I had to perform, and I panicked for a moment. But then, with the help of the techniques, I put everything I needed into my mind, and by focusing on my breathing, I was able to calm myself down."

Tying Shoelaces

Zsófia Siskó, 22 years old, pole vault Hungarian champion.

After a major injury and time off, on February 18, 2017, I became the indoor Hungarian champion. Brain Control and Sport Control helped me tremendously in my recovery and on my journey. I had completed the basic course some time ago, but I also participated in the course this January. I use the techniques I learned in everyday life, in training, and in competitions, which helps me a great deal. Regular relaxation is extremely important for me, not only in sports but also in everyday life. It is also very useful for maintaining my health. For me, Brain Control and this course have each been milestones in my life—not just because of mastering the techniques, but also because of the course’s warm, family-like atmosphere and its wonderful community.

Ninja Warrioir Hungary 2018

“I believe that without the mental training, we wouldn’t have made it this far! Over the past 10–12 days, it played a very big role for me personally—I mentally prepared 2–3 times a day—but as we discussed, the other two heroes from Veszprém did as well.” – Soma Strommer, winner of Ninja Warrior, after the competition (the two other mentioned heroes from Veszprém: Máté Gyömrei and Róbert Janzsó, the other two top-performing finalist ninjas) 🥋💪👏

“I am more persistent and I exclude negative and weak people from my life :) :) :) and small miracles happen every day!” – Julcsi (28), handball

“My attitude has improved a lot. I intentionally look at the positive side of things and focus on it. For example, before competitions, instead of telling myself like I used to ‘I hope it goes well today,’ I say ‘It will go well today’—and I believe it!” – Soma (16), climbing

“It helped me a lot, and I recommend it to everyone!” – Kevin (17), football

“My confidence keeps growing.” – Rebi (14), dance

M., basketball: Since completing the training, referees don’t upset me anymore. I can stay calm, and that makes everything better for everyone.

P. Lukács (18), handball – pivot: The mental training helped me tremendously. I can concentrate better during matches. I saw results quickly, which gave me confidence and belief :) I no longer get nervous or tense before games because I learned how to manage it. The more I practice, the more effective it becomes :)

Laca (17), handball – wing: It helped me a lot because before, when I made a mistake on the court, it upset me and I couldn’t concentrate afterward. After Brain Control, I can calmly think through and correct mistakes in my mind. When something happens in training or on the court that would normally annoy me, I can calm down and process it much better. I recommend it to all athletes.

Peti (13), tennis: I feel relaxed in the sessions, and it’s great that the focus is just on me. I learned to relax, be in alpha, and visualize what I want. I always look forward now and correct mistakes later. I would recommend this to athletes who need mental development.

J.B. (33), triathlon: I use the techniques before competitions, and my swimming went very well at my last international race—even though before, I always had to make up for it in running and cycling. I use affirmations and visualization techniques. My results were already good, but now I achieve them more easily, and I even improved my half-triathlon time by 17 minutes.

16-year-old climber: I concentrate better during training since the sessions, and my climbing goes better in competitions. At the last international competition, I was able to give my maximum even on attempts 4–5. I relaxed in the morning before the competition, and the three-finger technique worked perfectly—my climbing finally felt progressive.

Tóth Benedek, 16, beach handball: Mental training helped me a lot. It improved how I get out of slumps, organize my thoughts, and I feel less mentally fatigued—it enhanced my overall well-being.
