What participants experienced after attending the training:
“During a summer training camp, we met Brigi in a group session. I considered mental preparation just as important as the physical preparation of the competing children. We met an incredibly likeable and professionally prepared instructor, and the few hours flew by. It was already surprising that the kids stayed enthusiastic the entire time. We received a lot of practical guidance. We now apply visualization and breathing techniques in every pre-competition training session, and I also assigned them for practice at home. And lo and behold: when the competition came, the kids stepped on stage with minimal nervousness, and most importantly, results came—they earned medals. You could see that they finally enjoyed competing on stage. It was worth it. Thank you for everything, and there will definitely be more!”
— Gyöngyvér Légrádi Pallós, Head Coach, FlashAerobik, Székesfehérvár
“There are many excellent coaches, but very few recognize their own gaps and are willing to invest in improving, even seeking outside help. I realized that even a huge amount of meaningful work is in vain if there isn’t ‘order’ in the minds. Something is always missing. A competitor can be technically and physically ready, but if they cannot overcome their own mental barriers and compete calmly and with focus, it doesn’t matter. This is especially important in our main discipline, Pointfighting, where roughly 60% is decided mentally. That missing little extra is SPORTHACK! I recommend it to everyone!”

“We want to share our joy with you, because we believe that what Lili learned at the training—and her ongoing practice—contributed to this: Lili placed 1st overall at yesterday’s national gymnastics competition for girls, beginner category.
Event results: Vault – 1st place, Beam – 1st place, Floor – 2nd place, Bars – 3rd place. She and her team also stood at the top of the podium.”

Azóta bátrabban lépek a pályára.
Emma 12, karate
Thomas, 15, golf
