Sport today is no longer just about physical training and an endless cycle of competitions. Success still depends on your mindset, a professionally structured training program, and the supportive presence of a well-prepared coach. However, if you truly aim higher—if your dreams reach beyond the next competition—then developing your mental resilience is not optional. It is essential.

Every answer, every opportunity, every seed of progress is already at work within you. All it needs is space to grow.

At a younger age, group training provides an excellent foundation for learning the basics of mental preparation: a safe environment, shared learning experiences, and growing self-awareness. From the age of 13–14 and for adult athletes, individual training proves to be the most effective path—where the focus is entirely on you, your goals, and your journey.

First training for the foundations and basics: 4–6 sessions

By applying the techniques learned during the training, you can become more confident, responsible, and positive. You will learn more efficiently, reduce your preparation time, and in high-pressure situations—such as oral exams, tests, entrance exams, competitions, or performances—you will be able to consciously bring yourself into the calm, focused, and relaxed mental state that works best for you.

 
Group Training:
Training duration (for elementary school students): 9:00–14:00
Alternatively, organized through the school on a weekday afternoon, 14:00–18:00.

Children growing up today must find their footing in an extremely fast-changing, hectic world. They are clever, adaptable, and time and again surprise us—the generations who came before them—with their creativity and resilience. Even so, having a few guiding practices and practical tools can make a real difference in their everyday lives.

Working with each age group using methods suited specifically to them, we offer a two-day course in an interactive, playful format. During the training, we demonstrate why “mental decluttering” is important and introduce the following techniques:

  • Relaxation using the 3-to-1 method

  • Imaginary screen technique

  • Memory rack system

  • Sleep and wake-up control

  • Mind mirror

  • Pain control

  • Three-finger technique

  • Habit control

  • Creating a secret hack as a “safe space”

  • Exploring the power of words

  • …and many other engaging and useful tools

As a result of the course, children can become more confident, responsible, and positive. By applying the techniques learned, they can reduce study time and, in high-pressure situations—such as oral exams, competitions, or performances—consciously bring themselves into the appropriate mental state.
