Methods, techniques

In this mental training, you will learn a variety of techniques and methods drawn from sports psychology, mind control, NLP, and sports hypnosis, from which you can choose the ones that suit you best for everyday use. It’s always helpful to have options so you can apply the most effective approach in any given situation.
A key part of effective development is self-awareness, which we continually cultivate throughout our sessions. During our work together, we select the right tools and tailor methods to each individual for optimal results. Simple exercises will help boost your performance—of course, like any training, they need to be incorporated into your daily routine.
The techniques taught in the training are quick to learn, easy to practice, and most importantly, can be applied independently. Mental training can also be developed through self-study and self-motivation, since your own effort is the most powerful and effective.
If you feel you need guidance, I’m here to help—this training is designed for you.

Silva Mind Control

Brain Control (Agykontroll) is one of the easiest and most effective mental training toolkits to learn.

For athletes under 10–11 years old, I recommend starting with the children’s course, as it provides an excellent foundation for both sports and other areas of life.

The adult course lasts four days, while the children’s courses are two days long.

When working with athletes, we integrate the best brain control techniques—even if you haven’t attended a course before. For those under 12, completing the children’s course is especially valuable as a solid foundation.
